We are so excited to invite you on this late summer adventure before nature prepares for the winter again.

The summers in Iceland are short and before we know it is gone.

This is why we want to extract all the magic from this season and go for yet another journey while it´s still green & lush!

On this journey we will explore a little bit of the highlands, south & the east coast of Iceland.

We will start the journey in the hot spring river valley or Fontana SPA, then we will move to Þórsmörk & explore the magical STAKKHOLSGJÁ, after that, the journey continues to ÞAKGIL & SKAFTAFELL.

This is not a Retreat located in one place, this is an adventure journey where we will be hiking, walking, enjoying, bathing & being in nature.

THE INVITATION

This is a facilitator training that will empower you with the tools and embodied education, to hold your very own Ceremonies, Workshops, Retreats and create your own Mentorship containers. 

Your unique essence has a rare wisdom to share with this world and this training will assist you in opening up your gifts so you can share them forward with the world and live in alignment with what your soul came here for.

We learn by remembering.

This is a living mystery school of remembrance.

This facilitator teacher training will be a journey of deepening your own relationship with your soul as you start to embody everything you will begin to teach.

If you are already a facilitator of some kind this will be an excellent upgrade in coming into an even deeper relationship with your offerings.

If you are completely new to this work, then there are no past experiences are required.

You can join this training both if you are at the very beginning of your journey & also if you are advanced.

THE TRAINING IS DESIGNED INTO 2x PILLARS

Where you become the student & the facilitator/teacher.

The first pillar is where you enter the portal of being a student and get to soak in all the wisdom and the magic of Ceremonial Cacao & the embodiment practises.

In the first pillar of the training, each day is designed to only focus on one topic at a time.

First you will learn everything about Ceremonial Cacao, the spiritual uses with the plant, how to hold a transformational & sacred space, the magic of rituals & how to facilitate ceremonies. Keith the Cacao Shaman will visit us and share his wisdom of his unique connection with the plant and how Ceremonial Cacao works as the food for the global shift we are in the midst of on our planet.

Next we will move into a full day of only sound, music & vibration.

How to facilitate a sound journey and work with vibrations & frequencies in general, you will learn how to play different types of instruments and explore your unique voice.

Next day we will dedicate into movement: Somatic Breath work, Ecstatic Dance, 5 Rhythms, activating all the 5 bodies and more.

In this first pillar is where you embark on a journey where you get to dive deep within your very own being and be a student, here you get to explore your self mastery and what turns your soul on fire. What resonates the most with you.

This is where you go into receptive mode & soak yourself up in all the wisdom & inspiration of the origin of Ceremonial Cacao, the food of the gods & the food for the shift.

The second pillar is where the training starts and where you start to facilitate, teach & co - create in all the containers you want to express yourself in and weave your unique magic into creation. Each day is designed for everybody to explore themselves as much as possible in all the containers. This is PLAY & CREATE TIME.

Each day has 3x different happenings/portals where everybody partner up in different groups and co-create these spaces with all the tools you have received in the first pillar.

Júlía has been hosting cacao ceremonies since 2013 with loving and caring guidance using deep  heart meditations, singing, ecstatic dancing and embodiment practises along side her pure hearted presence. Júlía has studied with shamans/mentors all around the world as she started her spiritual journey at the age of 19 years old . She is an embodiment facilitator, dancer, ceremonialist & a wisdom keeper of the earth. Júlía lives on a magical island in the artics called Iceland & she has devoted her life to deep soul transformation & heart centred consciousness, helping others to find their way back home into their hearts & unravel their unique gifts. Her greatest passions in life is to assist other souls come alive within their very own being.

She has been using the heart opening medicine, ceremonial cacao, to create a safe space for peoples inner work & processes in their awakening journey as she assist people all around the world.
Júlía facilitates weekly ceremonies & transformative retreats all year around.
Plant medicines, sacred sounds scapes, human connection & connection back to the natural world is what she lives for and brings forth with passion and drive in deep prayer for a loving future of our planet. Iceland is her origin and she carries the medicine of that land in her soul.

MEET LAYV:

Layv is a ceremonial soundscape artist inspired by the contrast of love and death. The way out- is through. Layv is a pillar of safety and a truth seeking poet, bringing depth and shadow to sacred space and spaces that are lacking in the sacred. His mission is to listen: to express himself and inspire others to carve their own creative channel through music and presence.

He trained as a “rogue shaman”, walking through the depths of addiction from 2007-2017. He stepped into guardianship of various plant medicines in 2019. Since then, he has been sharing his music and the songs that come through his unique relationship with the medicine. He brings what they teach him into the every day world to integrate his own experience and ripple the lessons embedded within.

MEET HINRIK:

Hinrik is an educated outdoor & nature guide. Having spent the last years leading tours around Iceland's wildest areas. A true adventurer, explorer of inner & outer worlds. As a world traveller he has been blessed with visiting ancient sites & meeting some great teachers. We have been blessed with many tools for true healing in nature & within ourselves. Plant medicines, breathwork & ceremonies that celebrate mother earth like sweat lodges have been instrumental on my journey. Warrior at heart and a lover of the fire, waters, mountains, oceans, rivers & trees. We are truly blessed to be here! Striving to be the best father, son, brother & leader in his community to support freedom on this beautiful planet we share.

MEET AVALON:

Avalon is a experienced space holder with a deep passion for creating safety, so the body and heart can learn and take in the wonders of life

She has 15+ years of experience in holding space

Her deepest gift is to truly see people for the unique being that they are, with both the human aspects of childhood, traumas, attachment styles ect. and the spirit aspects of your purpose, mission, energy and unique soul blueprint

She uses tools from her educations in trauma therapy, social work and human design reader to get a holistic view on where you come from and where you are going

She is going to share her deep embodied knowledge of human design (8 years practice) to support each participant in knowing their unique gifts, qualities and contributions in this times of change, so we can all find our role around the fire of community.

NORDIC WINTER WONDERLAND RETREAT IN ICELAND 2023

to an unforgettable adventurous journey in the winter wonderland of Iceland, where you get to fully tune in with yourself, your inner compass & the deep presence of nature. Iceland carries a profound resonance with the ancient/future wisdom. Iceland is an island in the middle of the Atlantic ocean & is a master of polarities, Ice & Fire. This magical island in the north basks in mystery and magic for those that are open to receive the medicine of this living & breathing sacred land. Winter carries a deep & profound medicine to activate within our very own being, a true wonderland opening from within.

This nordic winter retreat is a holistic retreat & a heart felt soul journey, where we combine all the embodiment practises together to awaken our inner magic and to fully come alive & aligned with our truths. Practising to become more open for the gifts of life, that are already here. Learning through remembrance. Our main focus on these magical journeys is to return to our inner most connection with nature & life itself.

Júlía has been hosting cacao ceremonies since 2013 with loving and caring guidance using deep heart meditations, singing, ecstatic dancing and embodiment practises along side her pure hearted presence. Júlía has studied with shamans/mentors all around the world as she started her spiritual journey at the age of 19 years old . She is an embodiment facilitator, dancer, ceremonialist & a wisdom keeper of the earth. Júlía lives on a magical island in the artics called Iceland & she has devoted her life to deep soul transformation & heart centred consciousness, helping others to find their way back home into their hearts & unravel their unique gifts. Her greatest passions in life is to assist other souls come alive within their very own being.

She has been using the heart opening medicine, ceremonial cacao, to create a safe space for peoples inner work & processes in their awakening journey as she assist people all around the world.
Júlía facilitates weekly ceremonies & transformative retreats all year around.

AWAKENING AURORAS RETREAT IN ICELAND 2022

We will explore the Island, moving from one place to the other on life changing, fun & adventures journey.

As a group on a pilgrimage, the container will be strong for reflections & integration in the end of each day.

This is a facilitator training that will empower you with the tools and embodied education, to hold your very own Ceremonies, Workshops, Retreats and create your own Mentorship containers. 

Your unique essence has a rare wisdom to share with this world and this training will assist you in opening up your gifts so you can share them forward with your community and live in alignment with what your soul came here for.

This will be a journey of deepening your own relationship with your soul as you start to embody everything you will begin to teach.

If you are already a facilitator of some kind this will be an excellent upgrade in coming into an even deeper relationship with your offerings.

If you are completely new to this work, then there are no past experiences are required.

You can join this training both if you are at the very beginning of your journey & also if you are advanced.
