Júlía's mentorship group program was one of the best decisions of my life. I am in a much better place in my life when it comes to self-confidence and being at peace with myself. Every gathering was deeply nourishing and an essential part of my week. Júlía shared her unique wisdom with warmth, lightness, and contagious joy. During the program, I developed healthy habits that I have continued ever since, including moving my body more regularly and consistently. My meditation practice has also deepened significantly.

The group will always hold a special place in my heart. There was a great deal of honesty, because trust formed quickly within the closed group. Being in our own spaces also enhanced the sense of safety. The diverse and specialized themes of each meeting took us to new places, and many layers were explored. Listening to others is so educational, and holding space for others is so rewarding. Meeting once a week kept us focused and deeply engaged, and strong bonds were formed.
