CACAO CEREMONY with Júlía

YIN YOGA with Salvör
18:00 - 19:30
SOUND JOURNEY, Shavasana with Júlía

DELICIOUS FOOD & LANDING 20:00 - 20:30
We will start this day together with a beautiful Sauna Ritual & Ocean swimming to cleanse & ground our bodies.
Then you will be served a cup of magical ceremonial grade cacao from the jungles of Guatemala.
We will breathe life & activate the body as well as sit in a beautiful ceremony guided by Júlía with mediation & sound journey. Then you will be guided into a deep YIN YOGA practise to honour the balance of the seasons.
Softening into the letting go process.
After journeying deeply into your body with Salvör, you will be serenaded into your shavasana practise with a dreamy live sound journey guided by Júlía.
Then finally after the whole day we will serve you a nourishing & delicious meal to land.
