We will start by opening & activate our bodies with breath-work from Nicolai Engelbrech

Then we will move into Ceremonial Cacao fusion with Júlía Óttarsdóttir as we open up our voices & bodies in juicy-embodiment - Ecstatic Dance.

Our intention for this evening is to CELEBRATE: Freedom & Sovereignty.
Activate and open up our hearts so we can spread our wings and fly in the freedom of our essence.
